Job Summary
The Clinic Operations Manager I oversees daily operations of a physician office, clinic, or patient care facility in
Dallas, TX
, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and a high-quality, patient-centered experience. This role provides operational leadership , supervising administrative staff and partnering closely with physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to support safe, effective care delivery.


The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting Family Medicine or Urgent Care operations, along with demonstrated success collaborating with APPs (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) in a fast-paced outpatient setting.


Key Responsibilities
Operations & Workflow Management

• Lead daily front-office and operational activities to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient clinic performance.
• Oversee registration, insurance verification, scheduling, payment collection, and check-in/check-out processes.
• Monitor provider schedules, room utilization, and wait times; implement improvements to reduce bottlenecks.
• Develop, review, and implement policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and standards.

Staff Leadership & Development

• Supervise front-desk staff, receptionists, and administrative support team members.
