StoneRidge Insurance Brokers is seeking an experienced
M&A Financial Analyst
who excels at analyzing acquisition opportunities, preparing financial models and valuations, and coordinating with stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in supporting due diligence and deal execution, translating complex financial information into actionable insights and recommendations, and building strong relationships with acquisition partners, all within a collaborative culture that values professional growth and continuous learning.

Pay:
Starting from $95,000 annually

What You Will Do:

• **Prepare financial models and valuations to assess acquisition opportunities and support investment decisions, including normalization adjustments and synergy analysis.**
• **Support deal execution by preparing NDAs, letters of intent, and financial analyses while coordinating the flow of information throughout the acquisition process.**
• **Conduct financial due diligence by analyzing target company information, identifying key risks and opportunities, and communicating findings to support acquisition recommendations.**
• **Oversee the collection, organization, and distribution of documents to ensure effective collaboration between internal teams, external advisors, and acquisition targets.**
• **Partner with Legal, Operations, IT, Finance, Integration, and external advisors by providing financial information and responding to questions throughout the transaction lifecycle.**
