team is responsible for designing, developing, and executing analytical solutions for our clinical and operations executives in support of DaVita’s clinical strategy. Our mission is to improve patient quality of life by transforming data into actionable information that guides strategic decisions and clinical innovation.
The
Lead/Principal Data Analyst
will provide advanced analytical and data support to clinical leadership, including the Pharmaceutical Operations team. This role drives the analytical lifecycle for clinical initiatives, including the design and evaluation of clinical protocols and pilots. They will not only conduct complex analyses but also provide critical data insights to inform the strategic direction of our clinical programs.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Execute and impact the direction of analytical strategy for clinical functional areas, resolving complex problems independently and contributing across business lanes.
- Clinical Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary analytical support for multiple clinical initiatives. Translate business questions into rigorous study designs using advanced epidemiologic and biostatistical methods.
