About The Role
We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own our core web presence platform and user experience. This role drives the systems that power our business: platform infrastructure, payments, APIs, provisioning, internal tools, and especially the interfaces where users actually experience that power.
Your job is to make a complex platform:
- Technical: Rock-solid under the hood
- CX: Effortless on the surface
- Commercially smart throughout
Key Responsibilities
- Own the core platform: billing, payments, subscriptions, provisioning, APIs, internal tools
- Own the experience layer: reseller panel, end-customer panel, and integrations like WHMCS
- Build AI-led experiences that guide users, automate tasks, and surface the right upsell at the right moment
