About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and capable Data Center Engineer to join our expanding infrastructure team. This hands-on role is based in our Nashville datacenter and involves designing, building, deploying, and maintaining high-performance server hardware and networking systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with physical server equipment, networking devices, and related infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing hardware deployment, troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring infrastructure health, and assisting with capacity planning. The role requires physical presence in the datacenter, where you'll collaborate closely with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to resolve hardware and network issues, ensure security compliance, and provide technical support across departments.
