Lead AI Engineer

A global provider of offshore, onshore, and nearshore outsourcing, IT digital consulting, systems integration, application, and strategic staffing services is seeking a talented professional.


The Role

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of an AI orchestration layer for Brand Growth Systems.
• Build the orchestration layer across Snowflake Semantic Views, deployed ML models, and unstructured documents.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into scalable AI engineering solutions.
• Architect and implement agentic AI workflows, integrating LLM-based components, ML models, and data pipelines on Azure.
• Establish engineering best practices for AI solution development, including evaluation, monitoring, security, and responsible AI standards.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance and mentorship, driving rapid prototyping with a clear path to production.

What You'll Need

• 8+ years of software/AI/ML engineering experience, with 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Proven experience designing and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in production, including orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen).
• Strong hands-on experience with the Azure ecosystem (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure Data services).
• Experience with Snowflake, including Semantic Views and Cortex Analyst, or comparable text-to-SQL/semantic layer technologies.
• Solid foundation in machine learning concepts, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and model lifecycle management.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience building APIs and microservices, and working cross-functionally in a large enterprise environment.
