About this role

At Precisely, we're not just building software — we're shaping the future of data integrity. As a global leader in data quality, data enrichment, and location intelligence, Precisely helps thousands of the world's most trusted brands make confident decisions with data they can rely on. We're an AI-first organization, which means artificial intelligence isn't a buzzword here — it's woven into how we build products, how we work, and how we think about solving complex problems for our customers. When you join Precisely, you join a team of curious, driven innovators who believe that better data makes the world run better. If you're ready to do meaningful work at the intersection of AI and data — and help define what's possible — we'd love for you to apply!
We are looking to hire 4x highly successful Large Account Executives in the UK...
Overview: As a Key Accounts Executive at Precisely, you'll drive growth across a portfolio of our most important, named enterprise relationships — with full individual-contributor commercial ownership of new business, expansion, and renewal ARR for a small set of our highest-value accounts. You'll act as the executive-facing owner of each account's strategy and relationship, leading through influencing and orchestrating a virtual team of Sales, Renewals, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Services to deliver a coordinated customer experience. Your sales leader is your partner on coaching, deal strategy, and executive sponsorship for your most complex opportunities.
What you will do:
Own and grow a portfolio of 1–3 named Key Accounts - Precisely's most strategic customer relationships - with full commercial accountability for new business, expansion, and renewal ARR, and the multi-year strategy behind each account
Build and continually deepen your network within each account, especially at the executive level, including a named internal executive sponsor
Lead the extended account team - Sales, Renewals, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Services, and Specialists - by setting priorities, running a regular account team cadence, and resolving conflicts on strategy
Coordinate with Precisely's partner ecosystem on each account, keeping strategies aligned rather than working at cross-purposes
Own renewal outcomes across your accounts, leading complex or executive-level renewal conversations directly, with support from a Renewal Account Manager (RAM)
Maintain an accurate rolling four-quarter forecast for total ARR across your accounts – renewal risk, expansion pipeline, and consumption signals – in Precisely's Salesforce CRM
Reinforce disciplined use of MEDDPICC and Precisely's sales process in every deal review with the sales leadership team
Lead complex, multi-year commercial constructs – enterprise agreements, migrations, multi-product consolidation – working directly with Sales leadership, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance
Champion your customers internally: represent account needs in product and services roadmap discussions and manage escalations through to resolution
Bring an independent point of view on each customer's business and industry, translating operational and technology challenges into a strategy that creates value for the customer and for Precisely
Develop and maintain deep working knowledge across Precisely's portfolio of solutions (Data Integrity, Automation, and IBM products) to speak credibly to how each fits the customer's business
Build and continually refresh a written account plan for each account, keeping strategy, priorities, and next steps current as circumstances change
What we are looking for:
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including demonstrated success managing large, complex named or global accounts (SaaS preferred). Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
Demonstrated success managing a $1M+ ACV or strategic-account quota, or selling into top-tier named/global logo accounts (e.g. Fortune 500 or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience owning total account commercial outcomes – new business, expansion, and renewal – rather than net-new bookings alone
Experience closing large, complex, multi-year commercial agreements – value or outcome-based deals, including executive-level renewal negotiations
Experience as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level executives, with a demonstrated track record of building and growing those relationships over time
Experience operating effectively within a matrixed organization, leading teams through influence without direct authority
Proficiency with MEDDPICC sales methodology, CRM and forecasting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, or similar)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and account-planning skills
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Working knowledge and selling experience across a range of data-integrity solutions
Ability to travel as required — approximately 25-35% of the time
AI Skills/Knowledge: Precisely is an AI-first organization. All employees are expected to demonstrate proficiency in applying AI tools to accelerate their work, improve output quality, and eliminate low-value tasks. Candidates should be comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Microsoft Copilot) in their day-to-day workflows, able to evaluate AI-generated outputs critically, and open to continuously adopting new AI capabilities as they emerge.
Uses AI-assisted account research and intent tools to prioritize outreach and surface expansion signals within your accounts
Uses generative AI tools to draft and tailor executive-level communications, account plans, and business reviews
Applies AI-assisted CRM forecasting and pipeline analysis to maintain an accurate, real-time view of your account portfolio
