Responsibilities

• Understand scientific challenges and formulate tailored technical solutions
• Technical implementations and tackle complex bioinformatics problems
• Develop and optimize bioinformatics data processing pipelines and workflows
• Build and maintain databases to manage and retrieve biological data efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge scientific requirements with technical execution
• Translate project needs into scalable and user-friendly scientific software tools
• Participate actively in all stages of the software development lifecycle
• Ensure seamless integration of bioinformatics solutions into client ecosystems

Requirements

• Education or solid experience in healthcare or life sciences, with knowledge of industry standards
• Experience with Python, Java, or any programming language
• Basic knowledge of software engineering principles
• Good problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
