What you'll be doing

• Design and develop backend services for real-time risk management systems

• Build and maintain high-performance pricing engines

• Develop and optimise core trading engines for cryptocurrency markets

• Collaborate on the architecture of low-latency distributed systems

• Ensure the stability and scalability of trading infrastructure

What we're looking for

• Strong proficiency in Rust programming

• Excellent academic background with a first-class degree in a technical subject

• Understanding of backend service architecture and real-time systems

• Interest in high-frequency trading and cryptocurrency markets

• Right to work in the UK and eligibility for required financial industry vetting
