We're working with a global leader in defense technology and emergency response innovation on this exciting opportunity. You will help build the mission-critical C2IMERA platform for the US Air Force, working in a fast-paced environment where the software you write directly impacts national security and incident management.

The Role

• Design and debug mission-critical software source code using Java and C++ within an Agile framework.

• Build and maintain modern web interfaces using JavaScript and React to support Air Force emergency response efforts.

• Participate in the full SDLC, utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket/Git for seamless team collaboration.

• Develop automated tests and maintainable code within a Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline.

• Own the delivery of application components while working alongside senior engineers to master technical design and system architecture.

What You'll Need

• 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• An active US Secret security clearance or higher is mandatory for this mission.

• Hands-on proficiency in Java or C++ with a strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

• Experience working with JavaScript frameworks (React preferred) and basic web technologies like HTML, CSS, and REST/JSON.

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and a self-motivated drive to learn NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and server-side JavaScript.
