Junior recruiter (Target based/ upto 15k)

About this role

A staffing and talent-acquisition firm operating in the Recruitment & HR Services sector, focused on remote hiring and high-volume candidate pipelines for domestic and international clients. This is a target-driven, entry-level recruitment role offered remotely across India with performance-linked pay (target-based earnings up to INR 15,000/month).


Role & Responsibilities

• Source candidates across job portals and LinkedIn using Boolean search and targeted outreach to build a robust pipeline.
• Screen resumes, conduct first-round phone/video interviews and assess fit against role requirements and KPIs.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers and manage timely candidate follow-ups.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment workflow in the ATS—update candidate statuses, feedback, and shortlists.
• Hit weekly/monthly targets for submissions, interviews, and placements; maintain accurate activity logs and performance metrics.
• Support offer coordination, reference checks, and basic onboarding tasks to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
