Hyra is working on behalf of REMONDIS Assets & Services GmbH & Co. KG to hire for the position of Junior Financial Analyst M&A / Unternehmensbewertung (m/w/d). This role involves providing financial analysis for M&A projects and conducting due diligence to support transaction processes. You will collaborate closely with internal decision-makers and the Group CFO to evaluate growth projects.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting financial analysis for M&A projects and transaction processes

• Identifying commercial data during due diligence for DCF valuations

• Reviewing and validating decision templates for internal and external growth projects

• Preparing annual financial statement and cash flow analyses

• Assisting with impairment tests, country analyses, and post-calculations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or economics

• Initial practical experience in controlling or M&A via internships or working student roles

• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications

• Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style

• Strong affinity for numbers and a hands-on mentality
