We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with strong expertise in Quickbooks Online, AR/AP handling, US payroll management, and bookkeeping. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in Quickbooks Online.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, maintaining precise records and upholding excellent vendor and client relationships.
• Administer end-to-end US payroll processes, guaranteeing compliance and timely payments for all employees.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card transactions, and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management review, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders through professional written and verbal channels.
