We’re seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with demonstrated Sage 100 experience to support our finance


team with daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, and financial reporting. This is a


role for someone who is organized, accurate, and comfortable working within a well-established accounting


system in a multi-location retail environment. Prior Sage 100 experience is non-negotiable for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily bookkeeping and transaction entry within Sage 100
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) accurately and on schedule
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Generate standard financial reports from Sage 100 as required by management
• Maintain well-organized digital financial records in accordance with company standards
• Support the senior finance team with ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Demonstrated, hands-on experience with Sage 100 — this is a non-negotiable requirement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles (debits, credits, GL structure, reconciliation)
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
• Good English communication skills for daily coordination with the US-based finance team
