Role Overview:

As a Project Manager with 10+ years of experience leading digital transformation, ITSM, and enterprise IT projects. The ideal candidate excels in managing full project lifecycles using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies, aligning outcomes with business goals and compliance standards.

The candidate should bring hands-on ITSM expertise (ServiceNow, Zendesk, osTicket) and strong skills in project planning (use of Jira and Confluence), risk management, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization are essential. You’ll be involved in everything from technical development to client-facing communication during scrum meetings. While your role will primarily focus on development, you will have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles depending on your performance.
