What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Quality business functions
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Quality Operations, to deliver solutions
• Lead or support workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Experience as a Business Analyst supporting Quality Systems implementations
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Experience identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
