What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and facilitate regular HR project team meetings to drive progress towards critical deliverables
• Develop and manage project plans, tracking integration activities and highlighting at-risk functions
• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders, aligning priorities and translating objectives into project plans
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and enabling functions to support talent acquisition initiatives
• Present HR status updates and key decisions to project teams and steering committees

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in a related field
• 3+ years of large-scale project management experience
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives independently with accountability for outcomes
• Strong communication skills with an executive presence

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with HR systems and/or recruiting systems (e.g., ATS, HRIS, CRM tools)
• Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
• PMP Certification is a plus
