What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Research, synthesize, and interpret federal and state health policy, regulations, and guidance to inform program and system design
• Assess operational and technology impacts; identify risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations
• Facilitate working sessions and collaborate with product owners, developers, and subject matter experts to refine requirements
• Analyze program, operational, and policy-related datasets to identify trends, gaps, and performance drivers
• Develop actionable recommendations using GenAI-driven tools for strategic and operational decision-making

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Public Health, Health Administration, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Policy Analyst, Consultant, or similar role
• Proven ability to operate at the intersection of mission strategy, health policy development, and data analytics
• Demonstrated expertise in advanced analytic methods and practical knowledge of GenAI-enabled workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing briefings and stakeholder communications
