This is our first dedicated finance and operations hire. You will own the financial engine and operational backbone of the company and build most of it from scratch, with the CEO and both co-founders as direct partners.

What you'll own

• **Strategic finance:** Serve as financial thought partner to the CEO, co-founders, and board, and build the models, forecasts, and scenario analyses that drive decisions and fundraising.
• **FP&A and reporting:** Own budgeting, forecasting, unit economics, and the dashboards and KPI reporting that professionalize how we track the business.
• **Cross-functional partnership:** Partner with clinical, growth, and product leaders to build budgets, evaluate pricing, and measure ROI.
• **Accounting and close:** Oversee our external accountant and bookkeeper across AP/AR, reconciliations, collections, and compliance, and run month-end close plus payroll and benefits (Rippling).
• **Revenue cycle:** Own RCM end to end with our billing partner, from claims submission through denials, eligibility verification, collections, and remittance, and analyze payer economics across our geographies and contracts.
