2. About the Opportunity:

The
Growth Product Manager
is responsible for developing and leading a product-led growth strategy for the company’s flagship product. This role owns the entire customer journey from initial discovery through trial and conversion to paying customers, aiming to increase engagement and conversion rates. The position collaborates cross-functionally to optimize acquisition channels, user experience, lifecycle communications, and pricing strategies to drive measurable growth.

3. Responsibilities:

• Optimize SEO and AEO using proprietary data and current technologies
• Manage and improve the growth funnel from acquisition to conversion and re-engagement
• Define and track success metrics for all customer journey stages
• Identify key customer engagement moments through research and data analysis
• Design and enhance trial onboarding, in-product education, and upgrade experiences
• Develop proactive and personalized lifecycle engagement strategies
• Integrate growth tactics into the core product to encourage self-reinforcing engagement
• Test and refine pricing, packaging, and trial structures to boost conversion while maintaining trust
