Olesuke Disability Services is a growing, purpose-driven provider supporting individuals with complex needs across disability, mental health, justice and homelessness sectors. We specialise in working with participants delivering high-quality, culturally informed and trauma-informed care.

As we expand across regional NSW, we are building our presence and are looking for someone who can establish and maintain strong referral pathways.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for someone with existing networks across health, justice and NDIS sectors to step into a role where they can fully build on those relationships.

This role will be based in Bathurst NSW with regular travel across Dubbo, Orange, Lithgow and the Blue Mountains.

You will be responsible for leading growth across key regional areas by building and activating referral pathways across:

• NDIS & disability services.
• Hospital discharge teams.
• Justice Health & DCJ homelessness sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, DCJ and support coordinators to generate referral pathways
• Drive business growth across regional NSW (Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Bathurst, Orange and Dubbo)
• Identify and pursue opportunities including tenders, partnerships and service expansion

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience and strong understanding of hospital discharge,Justice Health or homelessness systems and NDIS.
• Proven ability to drive growth, referrals and partnerships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, proactive and results-focused.
