About the Role
We're hiring a
Growth Marketing Manager
to help scale a fast-growing SaaS company by owning and executing revenue-driving marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning ideas into real launches - planning campaigns, improving customer journeys, and driving measurable business growth.
You'll work directly with the founder and have strong ownership over initiatives that impact retention, upgrades, and overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Plan and execute revenue-generating marketing campaigns from idea to launch.
- Translate business goals into structured campaign plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on results.
Lifecycle & Conversion Optimization:
- Improve onboarding and customer lifecycle journeys to increase engagement and retention.
- Develop and optimize email and customer communication flows that support upgrades and long-term customer value.
- Identify conversion opportunities and run experiments to improve funnel performance.
Partnership & Co-Marketing Initiatives
- Collaborate with partner SaaS companies on joint marketing initiatives such as webinars, cross-promotions, and co-branded campaigns.
