Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for an Entry / Junior Graphic Designer at SURYA FINANCE ENTERPRISES. The Graphic Designer will support the creation of visual assets for digital and print materials, including social media posts, marketing collateral, loan product visuals, and internal documents. Daily tasks include designing layouts, refining graphics and icons, assisting with logo and branding assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, iterating on feedback, and delivering production-ready files within agreed timelines. The designer will also help maintain a basic asset library and follow brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design and general Graphics skills, with an eye for composition, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that align with the company’s financial services identity.
• Knowledge of Typography principles, including font pairing, readability, and typographic layout.
• Proficiency with common design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar) and basic file management practices.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant design work, preferably including marketing or financial services-related projects.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and openness to feedback and iterative improvement.
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Relevant coursework, certification, or a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
