External Job Description and Responsibilities

Create compelling visual experiences that strengthen a nationally recognized healthcare brand. As a Graphic Designer at TeamHealth, you'll help bring our brand to life across print and digital channels, partnering with stakeholders to create impactful, audience-focused creative solutions that support both internal and external communications.

What You'll Do
You'll collaborate with business partners across the organization to develop engaging visual content that supports marketing, branding, advertising, and communication initiatives. This role combines creative design expertise with strategic thinking to help ensure a consistent and compelling TeamHealth brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics and visual assets for print and digital platforms, including marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and branded materials.
• Help maintain and strengthen TeamHealth's brand identity through thoughtful use of imagery, typography, color, and layout.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand project goals and recommend effective visual communication strategies.
• Present creative concepts, gather feedback, and refine designs to deliver high-quality results.
• Support brand initiatives and campaigns that enhance awareness and engagement.
• Provide guidance to external design partners and support video-related creative projects as needed.
