### About This Role & Its Impact:
As a Graphic Designer at FieldWrk, you’ll help translate our clients’ brands into practical, usable systems by creating final brand assets, templates, guidelines, and other tools their teams can easily use. We think of these as brand operating systems: thoughtful, well-built resources that help our clients consistently put their brands into practice.
You’ll be responsible for creating highly polished design work across brand, digital, print, sales, and recruiting materials. While you’ll contribute to a range of creative projects, a significant portion of this role is focused on typography, layout, and information hierarchy — taking content and turning it into clear, compelling, well-designed communications.
This is a fast-moving role for a designer who can manage multiple projects at once, context-switching without losing momentum, and quickly get up to speed on new clients, industries, and assignments.
