Build alignment. Drive decisions. Turn complex projects into results.
We’re looking for a Global Senior Project Manager who can bring structure to complexity, build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and keep high-impact projects moving forward.
This is a hands-on project management role supporting primarily operations-focused initiatives across a global organization. You’ll work across functions and alongside technical teams, third-party vendors, and business stakeholders to manage multiple projects from planning through implementation.
Success in this role goes beyond maintaining a project plan. We’re looking for someone who knows when to step into a conversation, ask the right questions, redirect the discussion, challenge assumptions, and move stakeholders toward a decision.
About Orbia Connectivity Solutions Dura-Line:

Join Dura‑Line, an Orbia Connectivity Solutions business, where we create solutions that connect people and information across the globe. As a leading global manufacturer of conduit products and accessories, Dura‑Line creates the pathways that power connectivity across a wide range of markets worldwide. Quality, safety, and sustainability are at the core of everything we do, with environmentally responsible practices embedded throughout our manufacturing processes. Be part of our shared mission with Orbia to Advance Life Around the World.
What You’ll Do
Manage global, cross-functional projects primarily supporting Operations.
Build and maintain project plans, milestones, actions, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
Facilitate complex discussions and turn conversations into clear decisions, ownership, and next steps.
Influence stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
Partner effectively with IT and technical stakeholders, third-party vendors, Operations, People, Legal, and other functions.
Adapt project plans as priorities and business conditions change.
Communicate complex information clearly to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge and organizational experience.
Maintain consistent, accurate follow-through across multiple projects and stakeholder groups.
Support presentations, project updates, meetings, and other communications required to keep work moving.
Help ensure projects transition successfully from implementation into sustainable business ownership.
What You’ll Bring
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Project Management, or another relevant field.
At least 7 years of professional project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, consulting, or another relevant environment.
Strong project management fundamentals and experience independently owning projects from planning through implementation.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to redirect conversations, ask pointed questions, resolve ambiguity, and drive groups toward decisions.
Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
Comfort working with IT, technical stakeholders, and/or third-party vendors without needing to be the technical subject-matter expert.
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, organization, and written and verbal communication.
Ability to adapt communication for executives, technical experts, business partners, and operational/frontline audiences.
Strong Microsoft 365/Office skills, including Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, and common project documentation tools.
Ability to work effectively across global time zones, including meetings primarily aligned with Eastern Time.
Ability to travel periodically, primarily within North America.
Experience working across global organizations, cultures, locations, and time zones.
Preferred
Manufacturing or industrial project experience.
Program management experience in addition to hands-on project management.
PMP or comparable project management certification.
Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar project and reporting tools.
Experience presenting, facilitating workshops, or training others.
What Will Make You Successful
You are someone who can walk into a complicated project meeting and quickly understand what needs to happen next.
You’re approachable but direct, highly organized without being rigid, and comfortable challenging a conversation when the team is stuck. You communicate accurately, follow through on commitments, and know how to balance structure with agility when priorities change.
Most importantly, you don’t need formal authority to lead. You build credibility, facilitate, ask good questions, create clarity, and help people move from discussion to action.
Why This Role?
This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects with broad exposure across functions, technical teams, vendors, and business leaders.
You’ll gain global experience while helping solve real operational challenges and contributing to how project management capabilities continue to develop across the organization.
