About the Role & Mission
We build intelligent software that takes the administrative weight off psychotherapists, freeing up valuable time so they can focus on delivering care to their patients.
As our first Health Technical Product Manager, you will assume end-to-end ownership of our AI-powered clinical and administrative products. Working fully remote within Germany, you will sit at the cross-section of advanced language models, real-world therapy workflows, and medical device compliance (EU MDR). Partnering closely with our founders, CTO, clinical researchers, and designers, you will drive candidate discovery, draft technical specifications, design evaluation benchmarks, and launch core product lines from zero to one.
What You Will Do
- **Product Ownership:** Lead product discovery, specification, prioritizing, and delivery across clinical and administrative features for a remote-first engineering workflow.
- **Strategic Roadmap:** Frame and communicate product priorities, balancing trade-offs between continuous improvements and entirely new initiatives.
- **Hands-on Discovery:** Shadow therapists, observe documentation patterns, and join sales or support sessions to turn user feedback into well-defined problem briefs.
- **AI Evaluation & Quality:** Work alongside engineering and clinical teams to establish rigorous quality benchmarks for AI-generated clinical outputs, turning them into evaluation datasets and test suites.
- **Technical Specs & Prototyping:** Write detailed requirement documents, outline edge cases, and use AI toolings to prototype product ideas independently.
