The RoleAs our first Product Management hire, you will take full end-to-end ownership of our product strategy, discovery, specification, delivery, and adoption. You'll sit right at the center of clinical accuracy, AI reliability, regulatory compliance, and clean usability—working directly alongside founders, engineering, and clinical science teams to scale our therapeutic and administrative product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• **End-to-End Ownership:** Lead product strategy, prioritization, and roadmapping across therapeutic and administrative surfaces, making trade-offs explicit.
• **Deep User Discovery:** Engage directly with psychotherapists through sales/support calls, site visits, and workflow observations to translate real-world pain points into scalable solutions.
• **AI Quality & Evaluation Systems:** Partner with clinical science and engineering to define what "good" looks like for AI-generated reports and clinical notes. Design prompts, test sets, and failure modes across multiple therapy modalities.
• **Technical & Regulatory Specifications:** Write granular specs, prompt iterations, and test cases. Design for EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) from the first draft so compliance is a strategic plan,...
