About The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional software engineer to join our AI Platform team. You will have a rare chance to create a core capability from the ground up, integrating Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and intelligent agent technologies to influence Collective's operations and growth.


This is an exciting opportunity to develop a foundational feature that will shape how Collective functions and expands. As a senior engineer on this team, you will directly improve productivity, reduce operational hurdles, and help serve our expanding community of entrepreneurs by building innovative AI solutions. This role is critical to achieving non-linear scalability, where our business expansion significantly outpaces increases in operational headcount.
