Oran Inc. is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to support a federal modernization initiative focused on transforming legacy applications into scalable, cloud-ready solutions. This role involves full-stack development, API engineering, and modernization of enterprise systems within a highly collaborative Agile environment.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using **C#, .NET Core / .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core**
• Build and enhance **RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions**
• Develop responsive front-end interfaces using **Angular/AngularJS, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript**
• Support **application modernization efforts**, including migration from **.NET Framework to .NET Core/.NET 8**
• Write and optimize **T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas in SQL Server**
• Integrate applications with internal and external systems via service clients and APIs
• Participate in **Agile/Scrum ceremonies**, backlog refinement, and sprint planning
• Contribute to **CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated testing practices**
• Ensure code quality through **unit testing, static code analysis, and adherence to best practices**

## Required Qualifications

• Minimum **6+ years of experience** in full-stack software development
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree)

### Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in **C# and .NET ecosystem (.NET Framework through .NET 8)**
• Experience with **ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core**
• Hands-on experience building **RESTful APIs and service-based architectures**
• Front-end experience with **Angular or AngularJS**, including **TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX**
• Experience with modern UI frameworks/libraries such as **React, Bootstrap, Telerik UI, or Kendo UI**
