Fulfillment Operations Manager

About this role

For our client, we are seeking a Fulfillment Operations Manager to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a consumer-facing environment.


Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available


Compensation: $95,000 – $110,000 annually


Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and project management for Operations Leadership
• Oversee implementation of operations initiatives internally and cross-functionally
• Act as liaison between operations department and external partners
• Lead direct reports, providing guidance to align with objectives
• Review and improve internal processes, communicating SOPs quarterly
• Identify operational risks and create corrective action plans
• Manage carrier network performance and optimize logistics
• Support fulfillment operations across retail and wholesale channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 4-6 years in operations management, preferably in Nutraceutical or CPG industries
• 1-2 years managerial experience with hiring and coaching
• Required experience with Operational Management Systems and 3PL
• Proficient in eCommerce systems like Magento, Skubana, and Salesforce
• Strong skills in organization, time management, and problem-solving
• Willingness to travel for audits and flexibility for unusual hours
