They’re hiring a
Founding AI Platform Engineer
to build the infrastructure that keeps everything fast, reliable, and scalable — for both humans and AI agents.

This is the role that makes sure the entire team can
build, test, debug, and ship AI systems without friction
.

What you’ll do

- Own the
developer platform
for engineers and AI agents — setup, environments, debugging, logs, traces
- Build systems for
AI-assisted development
— execution, state tracking, output review, failure diagnosis
- Design and run
cloud workflows
for ingestion, benchmarking, evaluation, and long-running jobs
- Co-own the
data platform
— performance, reliability, access patterns, and deployment
- Build
evaluation + benchmarking infrastructure
— reproducible runs, scoring, comparisons
- Turn messy prototypes into
repeatable, stable internal systems
- Set the standard for
engineering quality
— testing, CI/CD, deployments, observability
- Ship
internal tools, APIs, dashboards, and demos
quickly to support the team
