Role Description
The Forward Deployment Engineer - Applied AI (Claude & Salesforce Certified Network) is a remote, contract role responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting AI agents and data workflows within client Salesforce and related ecosystems. Day-to-day tasks include configuring and troubleshooting AI-agent deployments, setting up secure connectivity between systems, and ensuring data flows reliably across CRM, content platforms, and other enterprise tools. The role collaborates with consultants, AI engineers, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions, including integrations with Claude, Salesforce, and other cloud services. The engineer monitors system performance, handles incident response, and provides technical support and documentation to keep production environments stable and auditable. This role also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying optimization opportunities and implementing best practices for reliability, security, and scalability.
