What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects, from requirements gathering to go-live
• Translate customer and business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with the employer's product architecture
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing technical guidance, data mapping, and process design support
• Partner with product and R&D teams to communicate customer needs and drive continuous improvement
• Pilot and deploy new features before general release, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and customer value

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit, advisory, or financial systems implementation
• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, data structures, and financial reporting
• High proficiency in Excel
