Account Executive - Fintech

The Fintech team at Plaid combines deep product and industry knowledge and is focused on helping both upcoming and well-established Fintechs take their growth to the next level. Our thesis is that every company in Fintech can benefit from leveraging a bespoke Plaid solution, focused on helping them achieve their unique goals and objectives. In this role, you'll be the individual helping us achieve this vision.


Your focus will be on working with both Plaid's existing Fintech customers, as well as finding net new Fintechs that currently do not use Plaid. You will develop a deep understanding of their business, and align our solutions to help them achieve both near and long-term goals.


Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for Plaid solutions to deliver value, with both existing and prospective high-growth Fintech customers.
• Develop a book of high-potential engaged prospects and maintain a sufficient pipeline to support successful attainment against quota.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle and coordinate efforts from sales engineers, product specialists, and other team members throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and drive initiatives across Plaid to support a consultative sales motion.
• Manage pipeline and accurately forecast deal value and win probability.
