The Role

• Lead the collection and validation of complex client data files, leveraging advanced data integrity checks to ensure seamless processing.
• Drive financial accuracy by reconciling source data to final health and welfare funding invoices, verification schedules, and fringe benefit credits.
• Apply expert-level critical thinking to navigate strict reporting requirements under the Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis Bacon Act (DBA).
• Perform detailed variance analytics and period-over-period financial reviews to identify trends and explain fiscal fluctuations to senior leadership.
• Manage client reporting deliverables including retirement funding reports and assist in the onboarding of new billing processes for high-profile accounts.

What You'll Need

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis or accounting.
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable, including mastery of Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and Macros.
• Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret complex federal regulations and collective bargaining agreements.
