We're working with one of the nation’s largest and most respected innovators in senior living and healthcare services on this exciting opportunity.


Are you a numbers-driven problem solver ready to influence high-level strategy? We are looking for a proactive Analyst to join a central FP&A team where you will build robust models in Excel and leverage advanced data visualization tools like Power BI or Oracle Analytics to drive massive business impact.


The Role

• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify business opportunities and build complex financial models to forecast strategic initiatives.
• Drive the execution of recurring financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning (LRP).
• Act as an internal consultant, developing automated dashboards and tools in Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense to enhance management reporting.
• Conduct deep-dive variance and trend analysis to monitor business performance against enterprise goals.
• Participate in large-scale data infrastructure projects to improve operational and financial reporting accuracy.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of professional experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) or a similar quantitative role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex modeling, lookups, pivot tables) and a solid grasp of GAAP accounting mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization software such as Power BI, Oracle Analytics, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Experience with business case analysis and a project management mindset to lead analytical improvements.
