We're working with a mission-driven national security & government technology leader on this exciting opportunity.

Lead the FP&A revolution: embed AI, automation and modern analytics into planning, forecasting and executive reporting. You’ll combine hands-on Power BI, Python and SQL work with senior-level storytelling to speed decisions, improve forecast accuracy, and kill manual spreadsheet pain once and for all.

The Role

• Act as the change leader for an AI-first FP&A operating model — design, pilot and scale AI-enabled forecasting, variance analysis, financial narratives and leadership dashboards (Power BI, OAC).

• Replace manual spreadsheets with intelligent automation and analytics (Python, SQL, RPA) to shorten month/quarter close and accelerate insight delivery.

• Build predictive, forward-looking models using machine learning and generative AI to surface business risks, opportunities and scenario analysis.

• Lead Sector planning, indirect rate forecasting, CapEx/investment planning and executive-level financial messaging — translate models into trusted recommendations for leaders.

• Partner with IT, analytics and functional leaders to govern data flows, manage approvals/Insight hierarchy (Costpoint, Insight, OAC) and scale repeatable solutions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/Business + 8+ years FP&A experience (or 6+ years with a Master’s). Proven track record leading transformation and modernization.

• Deep FP&A skills: financial modeling, revenue recognition, commercial processes, indirect rate planning, CapEx forecasting and long-range planning.

• Technical toolkit: Power BI (dashboards & data models), Python, SQL, Excel (advanced), Costpoint, Insight, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC); experience with RPA/intelligent automation.
