Finance Manager /Accountant

About this role

Responsible for employee training within the department,Provide guidance and overall coordination for department personnel in carrying out and accomplishing the following duties：

Check cash liquidations.

Prepare check vouchers for payables

compute payroll and prepare check vouchers.

QuickBooks Bookkeeping

BIR compliance

BIR VAT Relief

Filing of monthly financial records / documents.

Monthly and yearly Accounting Report.

Process Real Estate Tax payment

Other errands assign by the Management

Qualifications required：

1. Over 8 years of corporate financial work experience, including more than 3 years in a similar position within a real estate enterprise;

2. Proficient in accounting and financial management knowledge; familiar with the operation and management of the real estate industry, knowledgeable about real estate tax and financial policies, and skilled in using various office software as well as QuickBooks financial software;

3. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, auditing, economics, or related fields; possession of a national Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification is required;

4. Strong comprehensive analytical skills and data compilation abilities, with a meticulous, detail-oriented, and responsible work ethic;

5. Strong cost awareness, a rigorous work attitude, and a strong sense of confidentiality; strong financial data statistical, audit, forecasting, and predictive analysis capabilities in financial operations;

6. Excellent organizational coordination, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure;

7. Strong ability to develop financial management systems, approval authority frameworks, workflows, and job guidance for various financial positions;
