Essential Duties and responsibilities
1. Prepare accurate, timely third-party invoices in accordance with established schedule
2. Analyze past due accounts and follow up with customers
3. Respond to customer requests
4. Prepare and distribute reports to business users and management
5. Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and ledger maintenance
6. Serves as a backup for accounts payable
7. Distribute departmental communications
8. Other ad hoc analysis as needed
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 0-2 years’ experience
3. Experience with NetSuite a plus
4. Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, detail oriented, good communication skills
Physical Requirements
1. On-site 3 days per week in Irvine Office
2. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with federal, state and local standards
