What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and support productivity improvement projects with field branches focused on installation and service operations
• Collaborate with field leaders to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
• Drive project momentum by tracking milestones and holding contributors accountable
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and rapid improvement events
• Document projects, decisions, risks, and outcomes while tracking financial benefits and productivity gains

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in or closely with field branches (e.g., operations, service, installation)
• Strong knowledge of field operations within installation and/or service environments
• Proven problem-solving skills and experience in leading process improvement initiatives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a focus on collaboration
