What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the day-to-day execution of assigned clinical trials to ensure compliance with project goals and regulatory requirements
• Develop study-specific training materials and support coordination of Investigator meetings
• Lead meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure successful site activation and recruitment
• Provide regular updates on trial progress, issues, and risks to key stakeholders
• Identify and resolve trial-related issues, ensuring timely data cleaning and analysis

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.A. or B.Sc. in a scientific discipline
• Minimum of 6 years in clinical operations management, preferably with a Sponsor company and a CRO
• Extensive knowledge of clinical development and Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
• Strong project management, communication, and risk assessment skills
• Technical competency in software applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• An advanced degree in a related field
• Experience in investigator site management or monitoring
• Familiarity with Functional Service Provider (FSP) models
