What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide site identification, qualification, and lease negotiation services for wireless telecommunication sites
• Prepare, submit, and present permit applications for wireless telecommunication sites
• File zoning applications and make presentations at zoning hearings
• Read and interpret zoning codes and regulations to ensure compliance
• Maintain organization and manage workload with minimal supervision

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Site Acquisition; project management experience is a plus
• Demonstrated understanding of cell site zoning and leasing principles
• Prior experience in wireless site deployment and new site build projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Experience in the wireless telecom industry, particularly with zoning
• Adept at real estate transactions and negotiations
• Familiarity with RF design and construction principles
