EverHealth is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join the DrChrono Practice Engineering Team, which builds and operates core functionality powering the daily workflows of medical practices across the United States.
Our platform helps thousands of providers manage scheduling, charting, billing, and patient engagement through a modern cloud-based EHR and practice management system. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers and product leaders to deliver real features that improve the healthcare experience for providers and patients.
This internship is designed for students who want to gain hands-on experience building production software in a modern SaaS environment, while learning how engineering teams deliver reliable healthcare technology at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Building or improving features within the DrChrono EHR and Practice Management platform.
- Developing backend services or APIs that power clinical and operational workflows.
- Improving performance, reliability, or observability of existing systems.
- Implementing UI improvements in collaboration with product and design.
- Writing automated tests and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.
