Sticky Digital is an award-winning retention marketing agency with one goal: *making customers stick.* We specialize in crafting highly effective email marketing strategies that engage, convert, and retain customers for our e-commerce brand clients. We are looking for a talented Email Designer to join our team full-time immediately. In this role, you will help create compelling, high-impact email campaigns for our Shopify clients.

As an Email Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually stunning and conversion-focused email templates that align with each client’s brand identity and retention goals. You’ll collaborate closely with our retention marketing team, graphic designers, and clients to deliver the best customer experience through email design. From initial concept through to final delivery, your work will be critical in ensuring emails drive engagement, build loyalty, and support retention strategies for top-tier Shopify brands.
