##### Job Summary and Qualifications

##### The Division Operations Manager supports supply chain operations by analyzing financial and operational data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving inventory, expense, and compliance performance across the division. This role partners with division and facility leaders to deliver data-driven insights, support operational initiatives, and improve supply chain efficiency. What you will do in this role: - Analyze inventory, operational, and financial performance data - Monitor compliance, supply utilization, and expense trends - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics - Identify and implement process improvement opportunities - Support operational and supply chain projects across the division - Provide data analysis and recommendations to leadership teams - Train stakeholders on reporting tools and business intelligence applications - Promote cost savings while maintaining quality and patient care standards - Support continuous improvement and best practice initiatives What qualifications you will need: - Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or Economics Required - At least two years’ experience with managing multiple projects to successful completion that required financial modeling and analysis preferably in healthcare financial services, clinical operations, and supply chain or information systems oriented environments Required - **Proficient in the use of all aspects and software provided in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel ...
