Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• MBA degree is a plus.

Work Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in product management, digital delivery, consulting, or a closely related role.

• Experience contributing to digital products or platforms across discovery and iterative delivery phases.

• Foundational understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and data or AI concepts, with the ability to connect features to user and business value.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain product decisions to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Working knowledge of software engineering principles and modern AI/data platforms (GenAI, RAG, agents, analytics, automation)
• Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and delivery plans
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences
• Structured problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with evolving requirements
• Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management discipline
• Familiarity with Agile/Lean product development practices
• High attention to detail with the ability to zoom out to understand broader portfolio context

Travel Requirements

• Up to 50% of the time
