Key Responsibilities:
Team Co-Leadership & Digital Strategy
- Act as a strategic partner to agency leadership, co-heading the marketing team to design and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
- Thrive in a boutique agency environment: seamlessly pivot between high-level strategy and hands-on, tactical execution.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients by staying ahead of trends in the music industry and all phases of digital marketing.
Account & Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand partners, venue owners, and artist management, fostering long-term, high-trust professional relationships.
- Translate client visions into actionable project briefs, ensuring all deliverables align with the brand’s aesthetic and overarching digital marketing goals.
- Conduct regular "pulse check" meetings with clients to provide progress updates and gather feedback on ongoing initiatives.
Project Orchestration & Digital Marketing Execution
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, album launches, and event promotions utilizing project management tools (e.g., Asana).
