Step into a pivotal role where you will bridge the gap between development and operations for a mission-driven organization protecting thousands of local farms and families. We are looking for a high-energy DevOps Engineer to scale our cloud infrastructure, automate deployment pipelines, and champion a culture of continuous improvement using cutting-edge tools like Kubernetes, Terraform, and Azure.
The Role
• Orchestrate and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker to ensure high availability and seamless scalability.
• Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to accelerate software delivery cycles.
• Provision and manage secure, scalable cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform or Bicep.
• Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resolve architectural bottlenecks.
• Lead the transition toward automated monitoring and alerting frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor.
What You'll Need
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer, ideally within a Microsoft-centric or hybrid cloud environment.
• Deep technical proficiency with Microsoft Azure cloud services and Linux/Windows server administration.
• Hands-on mastery of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform, to maintain reproducible environments.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate repetitive operational tasks and deployments.
• Experience managing enterprise-grade relational databases and understanding networking fundamentals (DNS, VPNs, Firewalls).
