Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Data Scientist to work on a contractor basis. You will apply your background in data science and modeling to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of frontier AI models and drive meaningful impact across sectors, working remotely on a flexible basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze real-world datasets, models, analysis notebooks, and experiment results to extract actionable insights and structured context.
• Identify and trace modeling decisions, assumptions, and result interpretation within fragmented, real-world information.
• Synthesize data science and modeling knowledge into realistic, challenging tasks that reflect authentic scenarios for evaluating AI agents.
• Create clear, detailed prompts and evaluation rubrics grounded in the materials and scenarios provided.
• Distinguish relevant from irrelevant information to ensure high-quality contributions to AI model development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven data science and modeling expertise, with hands-on experience in analyzing data and building predictive models.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise prompts.
• Ability to work independently, with a high degree of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Prior experience in AI model development, training, or evaluation is not required, but solid domain knowledge in data science and modeling is essential.
• Proficiency with AI platforms, tools, or systems is a plus.
